I got my letter from the ATFE today, telling me that I can build explosives for Joe Huffman and Boomershoot. I will be doing that in April. If you’re not going to be there, you’re likely going to be missing out.
Okay, there’s no “likely” about it. You ARE going to be missing out. So sad for you. Really. Blowing shit up with rifles? Come ON! A MESS OF AWESOME AT YOUR FINGERTIPS. LITERALLY.

That is a bit of an understatement. Boomershoot 2009 filled up on July 1, 2008 after registration had only been open for eight days, four hours, and thirty seven minutes. It was over 75% full in less that 24 hours from just return participants and staff.
Once general registration is open your time to decide whether to attend or not can be measured in days at best, probably hours.
There will be a few lucky people that will get in at the last minute. I get a small group of people canceling for various reasons in March and early April. Get on the annoucement list (send an email to BoomerShoot-subscribe@groups.yahoo.com) and you will get notified when an opening becomes available. These postions disappear within a couple minutes of them becoming available.
