I can’t wait to get a backdrop and proper studio lights. I’m limited to my couch, draped with a flannel blanket, for these. Oh, well. You get the point. :-)
As always, click to embiggenatify.
It’s pretty. :-)

Niiiiice
do want!
Now you just need a Volquartsen laminate stock and a bullpup barrel.
I grew up shooting a 10/22 and I’ve got one on my short list of purchases. I want one as much for the customization as I do the shooting fun (especially if I get one of the integrated suppressors like I really want).
DaWankler – Hah. I need to get more money first!
You’re needing a scope. The Barskas from Sportsmans Guide are about $45 and come with sunshade and rings and seem to work fine on my 10/22.
looks like the rifle i used at summer camp.
David – As I said to DaWankler, when I get money. :-)
___
Sidhe – I imagine a lot of kids used to use these as summer camp. This shoots REALLY well, and the recoil is so minimal that I can’t imagine anyone having any problems with it.
nifty!
I love me a 10/22. No gun safe is really full without one.
The best thing about them is that you can totally accessorize them. When you get bored with it in one configuration, you can just pimp your rifle. :)
Oh, that’s WONDERFUL!
Everybody needs one (or two!). Don’t sweat over the scope – while you save up a little money for one, you can improve your basic skills exponentially with a brick of ammo, a handful of targets and iron sights!
BTW – the Mister and I both have little Bushnell 3-9 rimfire scopes on our 10/22s, and those were cheap and have worked wonderfully for us.
Oh, and did I mention that a 10/22 was The Very First Gun I Ever Bought? :)
