I had to take something to keep me asleep, and I ended up sleeping through the night, but when I woke up this morning, it was really, really hard to get going, and I spent all of today being groggy and generally out of it. I either slept too much, or my body is desperate for more sleep.
Heh. I tried a similar stunt yesterday. The result? A very pleasant dream, but I was still tired in the morning. Waste of time.
